About ENTLÉ by Esté
Entle was founded in 2022 by Esté Bezuidenhout. What started as a hobby turned into a business passion for creating authentic African inspired necklaces, bracelets and other pieces. To share this passion her product with others Esté created Entle (or Entlé), which means 'beautiful' in Xhosa. Over the years she refined her methods and techniques to now produce the pieces that is sold on her website.
Products and Pieces
Entle focuses on making unique hand crafted African pieces for everyday wear. Each piece has it's own story and inspiration, which are (faithful to African roots) always colourful and exciting.
Esté draws inspiration from Africa's vibrant colours and spirit of Ubuntu (I am because we are / humanity to others) as well as it's proud heritage. The pieces which are hand made take time and love to complete, with materials that are sourced mostly nationally and occasionally internationally to bring her vision to colourful life.

The Process Of Entlé
Esté works mostly from home in her studio, living room or where she is most comfortable and productive. The process of producing (functional or non-functional) artwork has been described by many as meditative, which is something she relates to. Part of the journey of any necklace, bracelet or earring is also the search for the perfect string, rope, bead or box; which inspires and motivates. This can be time consuming and frustrating at times, but so much more rewarding when everything comes together in a completed piece of jewelry.
