Entle is based in Cape Town, South Africa. We ship Nationally using a hand to hand courier.
Cost of Delivery
The delivery cost depends on the parcel weight, dimensions and area of delivery. The price is calculated according to the tariffs set by our courier company. However, we have done our best to source the most cost effective and reliable agent. Flat rate delivery cost and free delivery only apply to retail orders which are placed online. Deliveries are free above
Important notes:
We are unable to process International orders via our online store. In order to receive an International shipping quote, please contact our team and provide your full shipping address, phone number, exact items (finish, cord colour, length, etc.), and quantity you would like to order. We will complete the required paperwork to ship our products; however, you are responsible for all additional paperwork, duty and taxes required prior to delivery.As an international buyer you are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may occur with shipment.
Terms of Delivery
Please be aware than under certain circumstances beyond our control, including problems with availability, the delivery time may be longer than originally offered. In these cases we will notify you in advance by email about the extended delivery period. You will then have the option to cancel the order or confirm it and accept the new delivery period. The delivery price does not include insurance on the products. If this is something that you feel strongly about or would like to inquire about, please contact us before placing your order so we are able to customise your shipping options and delivery costs. When placing an order you are accountable for providing the correct shipping address, a telephone number and an email address. These details are of the utmost importance as it allows us to contact the relevant person in the scenario where the couriers are finding difficulty with delivery. Entle will not be held responsible if the provided information is false or incorrect, causing the parcel delivery to be delayed or lost. The courier company will attempt to deliver your order 2 times before being returned to us. A return to sender scenario will incur new shipping charges.

Returns Policy
If a returnable product fails to meet your expectations within 7 days of its delivery, has not been used, and is still in its original condition we will gladly refund the item once it has been returned to us, provided the item is not a custom order. In some cases, a handling fee of 15% may apply to items that are not in the original conditions or are returned after the 7 days period goods were purchased or received.
However, should you choose to make a return, Entle is not responsible for any additional shipping costs and your initial shipping charges are non-refundable. If we have made a mistake or you receive an item that is damaged and/or defective, we would be happy to return and replace your product at no additional cost to you.
A return/ exchange or refund may be issued for any damaged or unwanted products if they meet the below conditions:

The items are in their original packaging and condition. We ask you to save all cartons, packing materials and the damaged or unwanted items so we are able to investigate further from our side. We will assist in arranging the best way to return it as soon as you contact us.

How to request a return/ exchange or refund
For all returns/ exchanges or refunds please send an email to entleafrica@outlook.com with an explanation of damages and a picture clearly showing the damaged item and Entle identification mark (e.g the packaging or logo on the item). Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order of any damages that may may have been caused during transport. Notify us within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with the product or feel it’s not suitable for you.
